if they offer the free dining offer for resort hotels, CBR is a moderate so you would get the quick service dining plan, the QSDP restaurant is Old Port Royale on site, but there is another restaurant called Shutters but that would have to be paid for out of pocket if you ate a meal there if you had the QSDP

hope that helps

If you book the uk free dining offer it is the QSDP, if you book the us offer it is the DDP. Assuming of course both these offers happen again.

The us offer will be for the same year (if it's the same as previous years), the U.K. Offer is to book this year for next year.

Yes you can.
We did this year as we weren't able to book until April for October.
To get the free dining we had to buy Magic Your Way tickets rather than ultimate tickets.

Yes we booked on the US SITE for our Xmas 2014 trip. You get full ddp with moderates on the US site.
You can upgrade your qsdp at cbr if you choose to. It's a lovely resort.

You'll pay adult upgrade prices for everyone as your children are over 10. It's £13pp per night, so £65 per night for all of you.
