How many days/Harry Potter help
Me and my fiance are hugeee Harry Potter fans and are very excited for US and IOA.
I'm just wondering how many days we'll need to do the parks, can we fit everything in (and not be too rushed) with a day at each park or will we need a day and a half for each park? Really can't do more than 3 days there as we have a lot planned already! thanks guys! |

Are you staying overnight onsite with folp.? If not ,I would say 3 days.both Harry Potter areas are so well themed,if u are a fan you could spend hours there.if you had folp u might manage in 2. We love universal and even with 2 days folp we plan another 3 days in.

If you are big HP fans I would consider 1 day for each park and 1 day split between HP.

I would recommend the 3 days, there is so much to see in the HP areas. We did our first two days with a stay at universal for FOLP and early entry in HP. We focused on getting the HP rides done first then over on hogwarts to the do the rest of the HP rides before queues built up. Then hit the rest of the parks with an hour in the hotel pool then lunch to recharge before hitting the parks again. We waited until the end of our holiday to return for our third US/IOA visit and spent the whole morning just in both HP areas looking in and out of the shops /sets taking it all in and redoing the rides. My son is a huge HP fan and he enjoyed doing it this way as it was our first ever visit so the FOLP allowed us the excitement to hit all the rides over & over get our bearings and then be relaxed and take time on the 3Rd day, knowing that we had already been on rides so no hurry to move along, just ponder. So the wait for HP was worth it in his opinion.

We had 3 days, staying on site so had FOLP. Although the these aren't valid for HP rides, they allow you to fit in so much more. If you have early entry I recommend using it! We were in Diagonal Alley at 7 am and it was great, lovely and quiet. We had an hour looking round then went into the Leaky Cauldron for breakfast when it opened at 8, as it had started to get busier by then. Walking through the deserted park to get to DA was surreal, magical! Enjoy it however you decide to plan it. X

Depends if all you really want to do its Harry Potter, if so then 1 day each is fine. Never found that much to do at Universal that I couldn't do each pack in one day each.

We only had 2 days and managed the whole of IOA and only a small part of US. So I think 3 days sounds about right to do it all x
