I'm going on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th September (probably). I have a Rush of Fear ticket with Express Pass, but am planning to soak up the atmosphere more on the Friday and Saturday when it will be busiest.
Am also planning on hitting the rides that are open as I haven't been to Universal in the longest time and am not planning any daytime visits.

We have never purchased express pass and use the holding pens. If you are visiting on multiple nights and don't intend trying to get through every house on every visit, it works really well. Three houses a night without much hassle, then just soak up the atmosphere, scarezones and rides

We bought express passes back in 2014 as we only had one night and wanted to get all the houses done. Really looking forward to a slower pace this time and soaking up the atmosphere!

We're staying on site as well so even more excited

We're going on the same nights. Doing Unmasking the horror on the 24th too!

Do they release details of which houses can be accessed from each of the holding areas.
