Scooter - Parking up to use Resort Boat

Does anyone know if it's possible to park a scooter up while taking the Boat to the Wilderness Campground?

We will have a scooter for mum who suffers with arthritis. We wanted to leave Magic Kingdom and take the Boat to the Trails End Buffet for lunch, then return to Magic Kingdom for FP booked in the afternoon. Driving there is going to be too much hassle, and take too long, on that particular day. The scooter will be a private hire, so can't hand it back to Disney. Mum can walk short distances, so we should be ok without it at the Campground

You can take the scooter on all the boats

Take the scooter with you - that's what my mum does.
