Peritoneal dialysis at WDW- anyone?
Advice, tips, experiences please.

Does your dialysis unit have a holiday co-ordinator, many do. They can arrange it all for you and arrange to have the fluids delivered to you in Orlando/Disney. If not your Nurse specialist should be able to help you, they must have dealt with the issue before.

Yes, my mum has a co ordinator who is going to sort all the deliveries, practicalities etc. The same lady is her PD nurse and a mine of information, but sometimes it's nice to hear the experiences of other int he same situation.
We've contacted WDW and spoken to a lady re performing exchanges in the parks, and will be liaising with her nearer the time. We just wondered if anyone who had first hand experience/ tips was on The Dibb. |
