Infant not on Virgin booking
Hi
I have booked through a travel agent and we are taking 3 kids and one is an infant travelling on a lap. When I login to virgin to manage my booking the infant doesn't appear only the two kids with seats. Is this correct? |

Someone correct me if I am wrong but as your child doesn't occupy a seat then the infant won't be mentioned on your booking, also I don't think you can do online check in with an infant and this is sorted when you you check in at the airport.

I had the same issue, 4 adults and one infant on lap who was not listed.
I contacted Virgin three times to query this and each time I was assured it was not a problem. We could not check-in via website, so we opted for Twilight check-in. There was no record of our infant on the VA system, and it took almost 2 hours to get sorted. If we had checked in on travel day we might even have missed our flight! I don't want to worry you too much, as this was around the time that Virgin 'upgraded' their website and there were a lot of problems, but if you can make use of Twilight check-in I would. I was very disappointed with Virgin on this occasion, and they didn't impress me with their slow response when I made them aware of their poor service. |
