The free halfboard offer on the French site...

If we book the free dining plan offer will we get the Plus one if we stay at Sequoia Lodge? (I think that's the one you get when you pay but I wondered if the free one might be Standard only and I can't find any official info anywhere!)

Also, if we stay at the Cheyenne and have the Standard plan, am I right in thinking that we can still use them for their face value in any Disney-owned restaurant?

Yes, you get the plus one at Sequoia Lodge. We've just come back from SL in December and had the half board plus option.
