Can older children eat from kids menu?

Sorry - all I am doing lately is posting dining questions

At WDW anyone can choose the kids menu regardless of age (I'm not sure whether that's official or not but everywhere lets you). Is it the same at DLP? My daughter will be 14 but I can see from a lot of menus that she will only eat things from the kids menu... will they allow that, do you think? Or if not, would they do a slightly larger portion of the kids meal for an extra cost?

Counter service wise of cause, we have frequently ordered a kids meal as we werent really hungry. Buffet obviously is adult price regardless due to age. Regarding table service, i dont think they would let you pay kids price when they are 14, but they may make a bigger portion for a higher price. However, ive only had this in WDW, all you can do is ask i guess. Sorry i cant give you a definate answer

Thanks! Actually, I have just thought of the perfect solution - my son is 9 and he'll eat almost anything, so he can order what she wants from the kids menu and she can order what he wants from the adult menu and then they'll just swap plates when food arrives! I'm sure they won't care who is eating which meal, as long as everyone's paid the right price for their age? Can't believe I didn't think of that before
