This thread is proving to be super useful! Spotted this and wondered if I should get AA just for the AAA discounts, renewed my home insurance last night and AA was the cheapest, not only that I got cash back through a cash back site and they threw in 1 year AA roadside cover for free! So basically my uber cheap home insurance has given me freebie AA which will give me all this AAA discount... I'm one happy girl!

We have used tha AA card for a few years for AAA discounts in the US. We just show the normal membership cars with the red/white/blue "show your card" emblem on it. Never had it refused.
Is this temp card something new, as I used the membership card in Royal Pacific hotel and all over Universal and Gatorlad in June this year and my card was never declined? |

I used my AA card with no problems at Universal but got some 'funny' looks in a few places in US when I was trying to use my 'gold' AA Member card (including Earl of Sandwich @DTD) but the minute I showed the Temp Card with it-It was fine! Most places took AA on their own merit but some didn't! lam

Have not gone through all the pages so sorry if mentioned before but the discounts on shopping has changed.
Sub 50 dollars and no discount 50-75 and you get 10% >75 and you get 15 10% on all food still applies at any amount So if you are buying goodies, do it all at once if possible
