Does anyone know how far in advance this can be booked?

We did the park one in 2013, don't know about hotel ones.
You can book tickets online direct with universal. We however booked through attractions tickets direct. Whichever you do, the tickets aren't dates - you need to phone USA to book in. They open a lot later tha bookings at Disney, I think only a month or so before

We done the park one in 2014, i purchased the tickets direct from universals site then was told to phone the restaurant 60 days before to book a date/time.
Great choice of breakfast and kids loved every minute.
So worth every penny!
