Must do attractions - a second time

Booking fastpasses on Sunday for our first visit with DD10 & DS9.

In your opinion what 3 attractions in each of the four parks would you recommend doing a second time?

Have fastpasses selected for the days we plan to go the four parks, but thinking of the days where we have no plans as yet to go to one of the four parks, or nights we are going to fireworks.

MK - Big Thunder Mountain (day time and night time), Mine Train (day time and night time)
DHS - Star Tours and TOT
EP - Test Track (day time and night time)
AK- Dinosaur (just because it's one of our favourites!)

Thanks Laura. Yeah, not sure if we all will want to go on TOT again BTM & Dinosaur are closed when we are there

Will keep an eye on this post as we are at 64 days but not staying onsite so can't book until 30 days out. Hope yo find booking easy because if you don't it'll be difficult for us!

Yes I would agree that Toy Story Mania, Soarin', Splash Mountain and 7 Dwarves are great (fave is TSM). But I find all of the rides are enough once, really! Maybe it's me. But I could stay in Harry Potter all day!
