Ap for disney
Does anyone know the cost of an annual pass. We are going in may and will probably go again in sept
Just trying to work out if the ap would work out cheaper than 2 14 day passes |

It's not cheaper, especially if you want a like-for-like ticket. It's $1299 for the base pass, then $99 each for Memory Maker and waterparks add-ons. So around $1594 including tax which is roughly £1165 at current FX rates.
If you're staying off-site and driving to the parks, you do get parking included with the AP so that's an offset cost to factor in - exactly how much will depend on how many park days you have. But if you are staying on-site and booked with one of the Disney offers included, note that these require ticket purchases to qualify so you would lose the offer if changing to AP. Also note that APs also have capped park reservation limits - it's 5 at a time. So you wouldn't be able to reserve all your park days in advance like you can with a UK ticket, and be subject to availability while there. ETA: There's also merch and TS dining discounts to factor in, it becomes quite a complicated value calculation. But just on the face of it, it's not worth it IMO for two standard on-site trips booked on offers. Edited at 06:33 PM. |

As above really, if you were cynical you would think that they deliberately tried to make the increase "look" small $1249-$1299 hoping you don't realise that things like MM & waterparks(that were previously included) are going to set you back an additional $200 !

You only need to add Memory Maker to one ticket.
