The refund option text from BA

I know lots of us got the BA text this week.

I have had to ask for a refund.

I got a confirmation page on the web when I selected my refund option, but I expected an email or another text to confirm.

So I went back in to the text this morning and followed the link and it allows me to do it again. I would expect it to say something like “you have already made you selection”. But it doesn’t

So I am a tiny bit concerned and looking for re assurance that others have had the same experience.

Same for me. I have though had an email saying that my Oct 23rd flights have been cancelled..

I requested a call back to rearrange our holiday - this didn’t happen and although I tried to get through on numerous occasions I failed and the money showed up in our bank acc roughly 10 days after requesting a call back !

Same for us too, about a week later we got an email saying the refund had been processed and to expect the refund within 7 - 10 days, however it was in our account the following day.

I been waiting nearly four weeks for a voucher and my booking now gone of my account can’t get hold of anyone ,online chat always number 80 then it says connection failed I’m fuming now second booking .
