She stayed far longer than she should have considering how often she didn’t finish.

I think it’s the right three in the final. Poor Farrie, she’s clearly talented but just can’t deal with time constraints. Serena can’t seem to do anything wrong but I think Raph will come very close. I’m not sure Rebecca is up to their standard so I it will be a close run between Serena and Raph to win. I’ve really enjoyed this series. I still can’t wrap my head around how they rate the upcycling items. I thought Rebecca’s dress was great last night.

So did I and the only criticism seemed to be the colour. Which given its upcyclibg us a bit harsh.

Agreed. I know some of her made to measures were great, and what saved her, but I think she was a wee bit overdue to leave too.

Absolutely! And colour is a matter of personal choice. I think the colours went well together and that should be more important than whether a judge likes them. Even though they say they don’t know whose is whose, they must have an idea of a contestant’s style by this time in the series. Esme does seem to favour Serena, doesn’t she? I’m not taking anything away from her because she is very talented.

I liked Rebecca’s dress too. Maybe it was all in the edit but I don’t think ‘judge doesn’t like the colour combination’ is a good enough reason to mark someone down. Perhaps there were other reasons we didn’t see.

I dressmake and friends always say I should apply to the bee but this is exactly why I couldn’t. I could never sew in the times they are given! I’d be miles behind! I’m a bit of a pottering seamstress 🤣 I love this program and I’m going to be gutted when it’s over
