Cabana Booked Volcano Bay

I think I was more gutted to have to cancel our cabana more than anything else after the time I spent waiting on hold 😂😂. Will try again for August next year as soon as available to book so will be following thread to see when we can do that. FYI- it was much easier to cancel than to book, thought I would have to phone up again, but I sent an e-mail and the money was back on my credit card within a few days.

I’m wanting to look at booking for may. Is it still looking likely that it will be November before they are taking bookings for may 2022?

For those looking at 2022: I called Universal this afternoon preparing for a long wait period but got through to someone in less than 2 minutes. Booking for next year still hasn’t been released.

Ah you’ll love it, we had one in October 2018 & it was amazing, ruined us for all water park trips now though!

Edited to add - there’s also a Tapu machine in them so you can reserve your place in the lines for the slides without having to go to each one.

We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child (4yo), I really would like to book a cabana for our trip next year, does anyone know if we can “squeeze” the small child into the 6 people cabana or are they strict about this?

Just have an adult stand away from you when checking in. How would they possibly know? Think you will be fine ;-)
