I’m probably being really thick here but can you only get the DAS now to just do two rides per day booked in advance or it’s the walk up on the day and only two per day using that option?
We didn’t use it much last time as I relied on the fast passes instead, but can see that now changing. Thanks |

You can pre book 2 per day. The rest you can book at the ride as before or in the new app.
I assume the 2.per day will be the headliners. |

To be honest it sounds better than the last system from a das perspective. Although doesn’t mean o agree with the overall changes.

Thank you for clarifying 😀
At least the video chat beforehand sounds a better option than heading to Guest Services on your first day, where depending on which park you went to first, there could be a little wait. I wonder how Disney are going to manage that people who apply for a DAS are genuine as I can see it open for abuse even more now with the recent changes. |

That’s what I was thinking. I’m more than willing to prove my two girls need for the DAS system upfront. I’ve never used DAS before so maybe people are just honest and won’t abuse it. It will interesting to see how it goes next year.

Great system for those who need it but they should be providing more than 2 passes per day.
Some people are using the system as they just cannot use the lines. Personally it should be a pass for every ride. |

I’m surprised Disney are keeping this without some kind of charge
Can see them changing it soon as they will surely see a surge in people using it We are thinking of doing it for our next visit even though we ve managed without it before by using fp But will need to for ds Shame really as he will hate the constant reminder of his condition and will no doubt find the video call embarrassing

Great information, we were looking at using the DAS when we take our grandson due to his autism, but will most probably just use the daily
Thanks |

The das worked so well for us when we went in 2019, along with fastpasses it all went very smoothly. Alot of the time we could just join the fastpass queue, apart from the big ones like FoP etc.
It does make me a little nervous that people are going to abuse the system though |
