Are Disney Hotel Prices Now Ridiculous?
Seems travel costs are going up everywhere, but just seen an American fella complaining about his discounted All Star Music resort pricings

Yes. Although specifically for that screenshot, I would put good money on there's only suites left because of how low the availability is.

Yes, every room I've priced up for March next year is around double what we paid in Summer 2019.

Ridiculously over priced but it’s so handy being onsite.
I did check out Margaritaville earlier though. Really lovely bright, airy rooms with balconies and £1600 for 14 nights for our dates! Think there’s a resort fee on top but still so much more for the money

Absolutely, a one bedroom at old key West is our favourite, just priced for late July next year and it's coming in at over 7k for 14 nights by the time you add flights, car hire, tickets, fast passes, parking, spending money and maybe a day or two at universal etc the cost is insane. Mind you I've also looked at the three deluxe hotels at universal for the same 14 nights and they're coming in at approx $500 a night so not really any better value to be had there either !

I haven’t seen prices for the value hotels as high as they are in the screen shot, I wonder if it is a very busy date or as someone has mentioned an over size room.
But generally, yes very high for 2022. |

And it is next to a good choice of restaurants that are much better value than Disney's as well.

That’s good to know, thanks!
I keep going round in Circles with my hotel choice. I’ll have a look at the locality over the weekend.

Yes absolutely.
In May 2019 we paid around £1250 for 7 nights at POR with free QS DDP and $200 gift card We aren't going for a few years due to having a young'un, but I can't help myself looking. 14 nights at POR next Oct £3500 with no freebies. Nope I'm out Disney. Will stay offsite next time, especially considering the almost zero onsite perks now. |
