This is how I do it:-

Close the MDE app down (swipe off your phone)

Turn your on your VPN so it says ‘connected’

Go back into MDE as normal, go to resort hotel

Click on choose magic bands

Pick & pay.

You just have to make sure the VPN is on & connected before going into MDE.

I've taken a look at this after reading this thread and the bands are non-refundable if bought from the USA site, this I assume is why we cannot buy from the UK.

I do like the preorder discount but as this is available up to 7 days before arrival I will wait.

Think I’ll wait till a little bit nearer to our trip before we go to order, just incase I see another one I like lol, I love the blue 50th , and also the the new White Castle 50th .

Try other vpn's. I use Tunnel bear.

That one worked.

I think I will use it to book a droid workshop nearer the time as I don’t think you can do that online either from the UK. I didn’t see any magic bands that tempted me so far. I am not sure I want to buy one with it being non refundable just yet.
