A few months ago I had the direa for a few days so I went to the drop in center near us. Waited over 3 hours but never mind saw a lady nurse who gave me some tablets and said if no better come back in a few days so went home took tablets a few days later no good sonwakled down to the drop in center where nonworld of a lie there was about 100 people waiting I thought no way I wait so came home called my surgery. The lady said come in we see you ok if you see the local doctors I said yes of course so she made a appointment for a couple of hours latter which was fine went down done the test had temp done ect wore a mask and sat down. The doctor called me in so as I was going in I said hi doc how are you it nice to be polite she looked at me and said pardon 😂 I said how are you she said not many people asked how I am when they come in then she said I am very well but I got a little ticke in my thought hope I not coming down with a cold so I said I was told doctors don’t make good patients :pgig she laughed and said no. She examer me and said there dont seem to be anything Wong but will you do 3 samples (urine ect) I said yes of course was about to leave and I said get that cough sorted she laughed and said she will. I came home done the tests took them back wand waited the direa got better but I did not hear about the tests so I called them they where fine then I got direa again I said I not going back to docs as I did not think I needed to then I was called up for my diabetes check once a year so I go and see the nurse who dose my Waite I lost some my bmi that’s down she says who my nurse for diabetes I said not got one control it myself she said you ever had one I said I don’t think so she checked nope she says I doing everything that I need to do I then says I keep getting the runs and I am weat intolerant :confused she says you need to find out what caused this so try things if they give you the runs then you know. I found out it the weat free flour any of them
Never mind back to the drawing board m

Oh dear of all the things it turned out to be the wheat free flour 😖
The very thing you were eating thinking it was the best thing !
Hope you can find an alternative thst doesn't upset your system 🤞.
Sympathise as I know health matters can be very frustrating.

Yep non weat flour :pgig know I got to change so no weat and no non weat flour

I can’t use most sweeteners for similar reasons.
I swear most big weight losses on Keto in the first week are down to this ……”reaction” !

Hi Duchy I never went on a diet but can control what I eat I can have sweeter but nothing with flour of any sort in which is a pain but never mind. I watch everything I eat I all so watch the calories. I never ever thought of diets but I do not what to go down the route of full on diabetes so I do all I can.

Yes I’m borderline and warned recently to get my act together. It’s all a balancing act .
