Annual pass park reservations

Hi everyone, trying to book our theme park reservations, we have annual passes and have previously done it no problem but now we get redirected to use the pass holder page and then just get stitch eating the page whenever we try. Is anyone else having this problem or know a way around it? It seems like it might be because it’s redirecting to the US site which we can’t access!

Everything related to AP seems to need a VPN to access at the moment, they don't seem to have updated the international sites.

Thanks for confirming, I thought that might be the case. Any recommendations for a good VPN I’ve managed to avoid using one until now but looks like I’m going to have to bite the bullet now!

Have you tried live chat on MDE they may be able to add them manually for you.

I'm using TunnelBear, it has 500mb free per month which is usually enough for me to get around all the Disney glitches.

I use Ultimste VPN. When you connect there's a choice of free and premium. I use free and its so easy to use. I used it to order a Magic Band a few days ago.

Thanks for your recommendations everyone! I spoke to live chat on MDE and they booked my park days for me but I’ll have a look into the VPNs as I’m sure I’m going to be needing one!
