Tui premium questions

Hi, is tui premium worth it? I've never flown premium on any airline so have no idea whatsoever. Its just under 300 each to upgrade
Thank you

Hi YES by the time you pay to book your seat an pay for a suitcase deduct that from the premium price and it’s a good price to pay for more luxury than standard seats. Also if there’s only two of you travelling this is the only place on a Dreamliner with two seats together in the configuration in the premium cabin apart from the very last row in standard cabin. Also row 7 A has no window.

Frankly I've never found any premium service worth it, not if my last few trips admittedly on VA were anything to go by. So you might get a very small glass of Prosecco (good luck getting champagne) and your sub par Airline food might be served in an actual plate rather than a foil tray, its still the same food.

Theoretically you get off the plane first. Good luck seeing any benefit there if another plane arrives before you, and in the era of extra Covid checks, don't expect a Premium ticket to get you past them anyway

I flew premium with Tui in 2018 and it was great, I got a fab deal at £480 return. Great seats and the meals were lovely.

I prefer it to virgin, especially now their seat witdh have reduced, but they are expensive even with the less journey time.

Tui premium is much better than Virgin PE, I flew them six weeks apart so it was an easy comparison. We also had use of lounges and the Dreamliner seats recline in a different way so if the person in front reclines it's not in your space. It's my favourite way to travel.

TUI Premium is lovely and well worth the money IMO, Virgin PE is ridiculously expensive for what you get, TUI is far better priced for a very similar service.

A big yes from me , although the longer drive from Melbourne airport may put us off but if the price was right it’s definitely worth it

By far the best premium of all the big airlines although its not without its issues, luggage allowance is poor and you can't pick your seats until you have paid so no idea what seats are left. I have been say on a fifteenth row from DH on two occasions ( in my eyes not a bad thing &#128518.
Having said all this, thry offer lounge access, priority boarding and leaving, luggage has always been first out and I find the food better ( not really keen on airline food). If I am not shopping then I choose TUI, if I am shopping then it has to be Virgin due to the bigger luggage allowance.
