WDTC Hotel Cancellation

Does anyone have any recent experience of cancelling a hotel booked direct with Disney?

I’m just trying to get a sense of how long the refund might take.

I sent a cancellation request email over to them as I was told on the phone that I needed to do that.

Just wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea?

We cancelled our September trip with WDTC and the refund took just about a week. It was a hotel only booking at CSR.

It took them 3 days to reply to me and my money was back in my bank the next day
