Anyone travelling before Christmas, Gaylord Palms have an extensive Christmas programme including a Cirque show, but no Ice Carvings this year.

We stayed there from Boxing Day, was great to watch the NFL in their sports bar with the HUGE screen.

The Cirque show is excellent and worth the parking fee alone. Great theming through the hotel.

We stayed there one night on our last day, the lady on reception gave us a late checkout of 6pm as our flight home was 9pm. Great service as we had time to enjoy the hotel properly. Went back one Christmas to see the ice carvings.

I believe ICE is coming back this year. It isn't on the link above but a search showed me a link to sign up for info when it is released.

We are actually returning in November for an Autism Society of Orlando weekend event. Our organizer was told by Gaylord Palms that it is on this year. I personally wouldn't miss it as the cold air set off my asthma.

The Cirque style show and lights are very impressive.

Latest update, ICE has been cancelled again for this year. The Elf movie themed experience is the replacement.

Did it feel christmasy for the buffet? Was the restaurant decorated? I have just watched a video of Christmas Day and the food looked nice but it didn't appear to be decorated.
