Mobile Evenings in Dubai

Currently in Cyprus very much enjoying October half term at a wonderful all inclusive for the second year in a row. We think we will head to Dubai next October. We have a 11 yr old and in the evenings here we listen to live music and either play uno or exploding kittens enjoy a cocktail and she might watch the iPad for a bit. What do you do in Dubai? Do any of the hotels have live music in evenings - from what I understand alcohol is so expensive I don’t think we’d be sitting enjoying our cocktails 😂

In Dubai we went out in the evenings. It’s so hot during the day that a lot of places open later in the afternoon.
Have a look at places like Global village (it’s like Epcot), Garden Glow (lights), burj Khalifa fountains, all great places to go in the evening.
Also go up to Motiongate or the other theme parks. We rarely stayed in the hotel in the evening.

We’ve often gone out and about too. The malls etc however the traffic really builds up so if you are out at JBR area that can be time consuming. Jumeriah area is lovely to walk around - lots of cafes etc even Starbucks is open til late. The beach area is fun, lots of atmosphere etc. I think it depends if you are HB or B&B too as if you need to go out for food, that’ll be cheaper than in your hotel and there is so much choice.
