DLP - free carer

Have been looking at DLP as USA probably not viable for us until at least mid to late next year. In the packages how is the free carer worked out? Do you get a refund when you get there or declare you need a carer on booking please? Looking at booking direct with Disney.

Is there also a Disney dining calculator that helps you decide on how much food will cost?

this is on the Disneyland paris website:

As of December 3, 2021, Disneyland Paris will introduce a new accessibility program which will empower guests with disabilities and special needs to experience the parks according to their own autonomy evaluation

This new program will:
• Focus on guest autonomy
• Increase the number of accessible attractions by revising priority and easy access conditions and evacuation procedures
• Remove the requirement for disabled guests to be accompanied on attractions
• Provide a 25% discount for disabled guests presenting official disability documentation and for one potential accompanying careperson

Until December 2 included, the policy and commercial conditions for guests with disabilities and special needs remains unchanged.
