It’s not much further to Orange Tree tbh. I wouldn’t let 10 mins be the decider. Go for the villa that fits your wants most!

If you've found the villa you really like, and the price is right and its facilities suit you and your family, book it. My only reservation to distance is HAINES CITY, as it is a bit far out.

The villa we had on Calabria was a very last minute thing and we wanted a Westside location.

We ended up renting through Kingdom State Villas. We didn't actually need a 5 bed but it was a lovely villa.

Don't know whether it might still be listed with them ? Possibly not as it was 2017.

It completed on lake side I think just not Orange.

They are also working on schofield through to Avalon, you can get through already but it’s clay which isn’t great for non awd /4wd vehicles a lot of the year
