Yes. You need both jabs of any 2 jab vaccine to be classed as fully vaccinated for travel abroad to Europe and nearly all other countries worldwide.

We are 2 adults - both double vaxxed (i'm tripple vaxxed as had my booster this week) and 2 teens, one who is just getting over covid and one who is 15 and not yet been vaxxed.

We had leave at the end of Nov, and considering a 4night break somewhere as desperately need some sunshine, to be honest, anywhere to be honest, as long as it's not here haha, but DH is not willing to book anything if testing is going to put the cost up!

The whole testing thing confuses me so much!
I think we have to be realistic, the UK still has a thousand deaths a week and case numbers are double that of the rest of Europe combined. The Government has completely given up on Covid so I can’t see other countries including the USA being in a rush to make things easy for us
