My Disney experience..I think i broke it? help?

So i logged on to the disney experience today.

The account is in my wifes name and shows daisy duck.

Both my son and me are showing on it. However the account has added a second account for my wife with no avatar?

This no one is the one thats in my party? The duck is not? Also when i tried to make my own account it wont let me add the reservation to the new account?

The original account is showing all my park selections? and hotel res?

What on earth is going on?

Advise or ring disney?

Try live chat on MDE. They might be able to assist. They are possibly a little bit busy with the release of Genie etc. Might welcome something different to resolve though.

I think you'll need to contact Disney. If you were originally on your wife's account as an added guest rather than a connected guest, it doesn't know the new profile you've set up is the same person.
