Do all travellers need to fill one of these in?

Travelling with a 14 yr old and a 8 year old.

The 14 year old (un vaxed) will be tested 24 hours before. Does she need to fill in one of these forms?

Bit concerned as it seems to ask you to agree to testing and isolation for un vaxed travellers

8 yr is exempt from testing but does he need a form filled out for him?

Also coming back to kids need to fill out the Certificate to leave Metropolitan France form as they unvaxxed?

I struggled with the form for my 15 year old (unvaccinated) too. We are going tomorrow but they wont make a child quarantine etc, its more for unvaccinated adults i imagine.

I did not do a form for my 10 year old.

We took a spare for our 10 yo just in case but weren’t asked for any of them! We came across on the EuroTunnel on Saturday.

We just did for adults. Kids 10 and 8 didn’t need one. No one asked for it the entire trip though🤷🏼

My daughter is 13, what did you put in the box about testing & isolating? Think it sounds similar to the one for the USA that’s causing concern over on the Florida trip planning forums.
