I made some fudge!
I have some evaporated mik left after another recipe and was thinking of making fudge with it. (Mind you it would be cheaper to bin it haha).
Has anyone done the Lorraine Pascale recipe of chocolate marshmallow fudge? It is the below. 70g/2½oz butter 300g/10½oz soft light brown sugar 125g/4½oz evaporated milk 225g/8oz marshmallows 300g/10½oz milk chocolate, chopped 75g/3oz dark chocolate Only made fudge once before and it was mainly condensed milk and chocolate and it went in the bin it was that bad. Not sure whether to try the above it contains a lot of stuff just to use up 50p worth of evaporated milk!

I have made clotted cream fudge a few times this year
 , but not fudge with Carnation - interested to see if anyone replies who has used your Lorraine recipe, though.  It sounds good, but very sweet. If I was making it I'd add a tiny pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to balance it out. I do that with the clotted cream fudge.

Made Fudge!
Update! It actually worked, I used a mix of brown and white sugar as was worried the flavour would be too strong.. So pleased 😌
