I said I would never use them again - the service through my COVID cancellation was awful. They closed their phone lines and didn’t respond to social media. However, I did get my refund in the end, and when I spoke to someone they said they had made a mistake and were apologetic. I wouldn’t rush back but last year was awful for holiday companies so I am prepared to forgive.

I’m the same. Used them for hotel bookings before with no issues. Had New York passes booked and paid for last year with a full refund guarantee policy (advertised on their website). First of all I couldn’t contact them at all by any means. Then they allowed message via their website. I was told I had to go through my travel insurance, that they wouldn’t refund. This went on for months eventually I went through my bank and was refunded that way.
I certainly would not use them again now.

Used them loads for universal hotel bookings. Never an issue. Had booking with them for 2020 and they cancelled the bookings and refunded the non refundable deposit too.

I’ve never had an issue with them. We had HRH booked for September last year and then changed it to February and then again to this September with no problems at all.

Absolutely appalling customer service during the COVID shut down in 2020, took almost 5 months to get an answer from them, let alone a refund, I would never use them again

I’ve just booked them for a hotel in Vegas for September. Excellent rate with a £15 deposit. They have some good prices at the moment so fingers crossed
