the crust is brilliant for making cheese on toast the way the edges curl stops the melted cheese running off the edge top with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and enjoy

All of the outer part of a loaf is a crust. Everyone likes the crusts in this house - they even open both ends of the packet if the one has gone 😡 Only my eldest takes the top crusts off of a normal slice as he doesn’t like them if they’re a bit ‘dark’ 🤔 I love a crust on a batch type loaf, it’s the best part 😋
