So what are the current onsite perks? I’m thinking:

1. Disney theming
2. Maybe walking distance to a park or 2?
3. Disney Transport

And if you have a car then 3 is less of a perk.

Have I missed something?

30 mins admission to any park before the general public, however that's not much of a perk!

This is what we've changed to for Sept - with VHols as a hotel only booking - free parking, free hotel dining for kids or $50 voucher for adults, right on Crescent Lake and far less than half the price of Y&BC for the same current 'perks'.

I think that's more of a perk than most think. If you're offsite there will be no chance of rope dropping all of the big rides as there were previously as there will be resort guests already in there.

Not saying it's worth paying drastically more than off site but it will be worth a bit.

Tokyo only gives you 15 minutes! Apparently it is worth it though.

No one knows yet what's happening with fastpasses. For 2022, I'm pretty sure they'll be some kind of fastpasses whether paid or not and I'm sure onsite will have an advantage someway.

That's why it feels a bit odd for me. By putting the 30mins in every park its rubbish for the offsite guests who lose the chance to do rope-drop while at the same time the 30 mins is basically a one ride "head-start" for the on-site guests so they don't feel they are getting much.

Can you use the Magical Express from the airport when you’re staying at Swan/Dolphin?

No, and the service is stopping after this year - but Mears are going to run the buses themselves (at a cost, so far unknown).
