on the day Disney hotel rates ?

Hi all.

Having a 'family' discussion/planning session.

Is it possible to rock up at a Disney hotel desk, perhaps late in the afternoon/evening and get late availability deals/rates for vacant rooms/suites?

If so has anybody tried this and succeeded, and any guide on pricing?

We are hoping/speculating this may be an option for us depending on spends. We haven't stayed on site before.

you'll pay the full price just turning up - you will be far better booking online in advance through a lateroom/lastminute site, even if its the day before/morning you check in

I haven't tried in WDW but have asked in DLP and have been told it's the 'rack rates' so full advertised price for that night. As pp says, it's probably the same at WDW.
