AAA Universal Annual Pass Discount

My DD is thinking about getting a Universal Studios Annual Pass and wondered whether you can get AAA discount on it?

Also how much discount do you get in the merchandise and food locations with AAA?

I have a feeling that AAA discount no longer applies at Universal.
I seem to remember a thread about it a while ago.
It may have just been the hotels /food rather than tickets though.

You could try changing the name of the thread to include the words Annual Pass. It might help catch the eye of those that have them and are better placed to advise!

When we went in 2011- 2015 we used our AA card and received 10% off merchandise and some restaurant meals, the good old days 😃

Think that these days you can get discount on park tickets but not rooms.
