Mnsshp tickets and DME
Are the two suppose to link...if I have bought MNSSHP tickets should they show on MDE or do I have to manually link them ?

I was logged into MDE when I bought them and assigned each ticket to my party members before hitting pay. Then when you go back to MDE they show under park tickets. Also got an email too

Just been on the phone to Disney for 27 minutes! Had to listen to Small World
 They are still trying to link my tickets to me MDE |

I thought i was signed into MDE when buying as i was asked to link tickets. They aren't showing on MDE though. I did get an email with paper tickets attached so maybe i clicked on something i wasn't supposed to when buying.

I didn't tick the box for the email to print tickets off at home, I did the next option which is to print the email off with barcode attached that you can scan at the gate as it said if you have magic bands /tickets linked to MDE it would automatically assign

They are now assigned on the app (but not the website) but its for the wrong date. Must be a glitch as there isn't a party on the 18th October. I have double checked my tickets and they are for the right date.
It will hopefully sort itself out in a few days.

Mine are also linked but showing the wrong date its showing 31st Oct 16 instead of 17

Can't link mine on the website but showing on the app which has the wrong day and year!
I have a couple magic bands so I don't know which one it will be linked to
