Eeek - just dodged a ticket disaster
Just a quick word of warning, I purchased my tickets through American Attractions for Disney (we go in 2 weeks) they were great, held them on a deposit and then I paid later on, tickets arrived promptly after this.
Anyway - long story short, thought I would link them to my reservations with Disney today, and one ticket would not go on. I contacted Disney who after 20 minutes of the phone and a chat with a supervisor advised me that one of my adult tickets is not coded and can't be used. Luckily I have enough time to resolve this and American Attractions are going to find a solution tomorrow. However I could have turned up at the gate with an invalid ticket, which might not have been quite as easy to solve! |
