Mainly want a pool, parking, some places to eat nearby or onsite and near enough to Disney (which I think they all are).

Thanks
I have stayed at LBV Village Resort and Spa, twice.it is imho, tired.

I will throw in one that you may not have even thought of or even heard of.. Lower cost than LBV resort and Spa, 3 Bedroom accommodation of a much higher standard and more spacious, low resort fees, free parking, a rather good pool, good eating both nearby and on site, balcony, not far from Disney, expansive grounds, free pickle ball, crazy golf etc, very close to old town Kissimmee.

The Star Island Resort. This place absolutely knocked us out and if I were to return to Orlando, it is the only one that I would consider. Few dibbers seem to know anything about the place, but don’t let that put you off. Last June, we paid around £136/night including all fees.

Here is a trip report that covers it as of June 2024 and has photos etc.

Orange Lake Resort is huge though and I personally wouldn't stay there without a car as could take you half an hour just to walk from your villa to the main road/main pool complex depending on which section your accommodation is in. There are wee buses which go round the resort but not sure how often they run as we never used them! We didn't eat at the resort although there were a few options but there is an abundance of restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes drive away.
Couldnt agree more about needing a car. I live in a small market town and Im pretty sure Orange Lake is about the same size as the whole town! Huge place.
