Ok let start I know the answer but my mind playing tricks with me

.

I now that I can use my passport as I got just under 6 months when I fly back

butvas any one done it with less then 6 months on there passport going to the US Cheers

There is no what if. Legally for the US you need a valid passport for your period of time there and return to the UK. This isn't a judgement call that anyone can make to refuse you entry based on that alone.

Yep my son had 7 days left after our return date. Arrived at JFK, then flew down to MCO few days later. No probs at all...
