A very cool collection. I'll also be getting three of these and looking forward to them all. Will be really happy if the Castle to Chateau also says Inaugural on it somewhere!

Hi all,
Are most people staying during the marathon weekend as a package? We had Fantasy AP's but the marathon is now a "blackout" day (crafty so and so's!) so now we have to buy Dream AP's. Thats over £500! We would use them again but just be nosey on how people are staying. We are there Friday to the following Tuesday. |

Anyone heard anything about what is going to be at the Expo? There seemed to be so much available in advance for the Hong Kong race, I'm hoping the Paris one will be as good.

We are staying Friday night in an airport hotel and then checking in on the Saturday Morning through till the Monday. We are not going to the party meal thing prior to the half marathon. We haven't decided where we will be eating either yet and I'm starting to get a bit stressed about that, I hope we can still get reservations!
I can't believe how close it is getting! |

I want to go now!

Nervous planning question from a first timer...we are booked at a hotel near the Val D"Europe RER station. I have heard not to expect to take the metro to the start on Saturday or Sunday.
Is renting a car the best (only) option? There will be four of us on Saturday and most likely just me on Sunday. |

Have done a bit more investigating and according to the runDLP website we have to be in our assigned corral 30 minutes before the race starts (so 6.30). The first RER leaves Val d'E at 5.58 and gets to DLP at 6.01 so in theory we should be able to get there in time.
