Help for friend...special child

I know about the sunflower lanyard for airports,but do disney help with such things too please if so how do you go about it? She is travelling for the first time with her child and has no idea that she can be helped.It is such a shame if she doesn�t get the help she can get many thanks x

It depends on what they have? I have had to go to customer service to get a pass that you can use to not have to queue in the line and they give you a return time as if you were in the queue but even when you go in there is still time to wait.

I know someone who got the passes for her 4 children who are all on the spectrum and she said without those, it would've been a nightmare.

She went to guest services and got them
