Hi all

I bought some groupons for a few eateries, was going in May, cancelled obviously and they expired in June, but they have extended them until October 20. We were due to go in September, but looks like that will be cancelled also.

Just wondering what to do with them? I can only exchange them for something else, which won’t be any good. I wonder if I can give them away to someone who lives in Orlando and would definitely get the use out of them, people in the uk might find their upcoming trips cancelled too

I would ask for a refund most people cant go and they probably know that

We had some booked in September 17, when Hurricane Irma struck, I emailed them, explained I was from the UK, and wouldn’t be visiting for a year, so could I have a cash refund instead of a voucher on the account (that would have expired before we returned)
They were very accommodating, and I received my money back
