Room Occupancy Confusion

I highly highly doubt that we would rebook for next year but if we did this would be our family set up...

2 adults, 2 children (4 & 8) and 2 infants (2 & under 1)

Can someone please tell me what rooms we would actually be allowed to use?!

I know that availability isn't there right now but the wdw website only gives me options for suites etc.

Attraction Tickets Direct gives me options for the standard rooms that sleep 4 at Coronado etc.

You need a room that will sleep five as only the youngest will be classed as an infant and hence won�t be included in the headcount.

The deluxe hotels have some rooms that can take five. Thee are only a couple of moderates that will have some rooms available for five, Caribbean Beach Resort or Port Orleans Riverside. There are also the Cabins at Fort Wildness.
