I had never used these before - linked them up with our MDE accounts to see what fastpasses were like.

Lo and behold, a month later all bets were off for when we would get to go. The obvious (pandemic) combined with my wife finding out she was pregnant suddenly meant we have effectively cancelled our trip - thankfully villa/flights/hire have all been cancelled successfully but the tickets are still stuck (£1159 tied up).

I did contact them via the online form but have had no response and this was over a month ago.

Are they doing any refunds? Do I have any entitlement to claim through credit card (thankfully even though we had the funds saved, I paid via credit card and transferred).

The tickets currently have an end date of Sept 2021 (they were extended) - any news on whether they will be extended again? I have seen something regarding "historic ticket value" - is this normally something perpetual?

Many thanks in advance - just trying to clear the last bit so that we can start afresh when the time is right (baby is now 3 months old.. it will be a while before we go!).

Very similar to the situation I am in (not me pregnant but a member of our party). Have you had your refund? OAT are saying because they are linked (which we are told to do to book park days) I am not entitled to a refund. I have emailed Simon directly, last resort will be a section 75.

I tried a section 75 but it has been rejected by Santander as they say that I entered into a contract with Walt disneyworld resort, not ascot travel house / Orlando attractions 🙄
