What time does my dibb family go to bed?
I go to bed about 9.30-10pm most nights but I play with my ipad (amongst other things) and watch TV usually until around midnight.

What about you guys?

10pm and I normally fall asleep in about 30 sec after I put earplugs in an put my head on the pillow 😀
Awake at about 5.30-6.15

Usually around 11.30pm and my newly acquired Bladder Alarm gets me up by 6.30am

My Bladder Alarm is faulty - can I trade it in for a new you think? 😃 It wakes me up 1-2 times before the morning.

You do better than me because I usually have to get up in the middle of the night to visit the loo.
