If you were in Orlando today and decided you would go to the beach for the day, which beach would you go to and why?

Clearwater.

My wife dislikes the beach so we'd need somewhere we could walk and mooch about too, not just beach.

Love the atmosphere at the pier around sunset.

Oh how I wish I was in Florida right now!

I would have to go down to Sarasota and stay just by St Armands Circle, that is where me and DH want to retire. A girl can dream

Never been the beach in Orlando so only option I know is Discovery Cove or a water park.

I'd love to be swimming with the fish at DC today. We had a Cabana last time but would settle for just a towel on the sand.

Exactly the same. I had to beg to get a beach trip last time. We ended up loving Clearwater. DW loved the little shops and the pier in the evening

We'd go to Clearwater. Haven't been there before but we are planning on it next time, a trip on Little Toot to see some dolphins and a walk along the beach would be lovely.

The only beach I've been to is Cocoa Beach, and that was for an hour or so after visiting Kennedy Space Center.
