From our point of view people get hung up on travel time to Disney. We have stayed all over and find that when staying in those villas that recommend using the I4 to get anywhere we have more queues than on the 192. There are so many accidents on that road that we don't like using it unless it's necessary. Although the 192 has lots of traffic lights traffic does seem to move quickly and from the junction to the nearest Disney park we have never taken more than 15 minutes. When staying in the Formosa Gardens area, yes it has been a little quicker but no much and generally speaking villas are more expensive but certainly no better than villas on the 27. Just because they are gated they think they can charge more, why pay more to save 5 minutes travel time each way.

we have stayed twice at Lake Wilson , once in Highgate park and in a townhouse in regal oaks Kissimmee, my favourite location was definitely Highgate park.

We have stayed in Bahama Bay in Davenport on our last four trips and I prefer Davenport to Kissimee.

We stayed in Sandy Ridge in Davenport and had a great time, was only about a 10 minute drive to the first Disney turnoff on I4, we were right by the Championsgate turnoff
