Could you try some of the tie masks instead of ear loop ones. I bought some at the beginning of the year from Amazon. Have to say I prefer the ear loops but the ties may be better for you

I’ve had various sorts over the months but the most recent and most comfortable are a three pack from Aldi. Nice and thin with thinner elastic.
