DCL to swan/dophin transfers

We are hoping to sail again next spring and have tentatively booked a cruise with disney. We will be staying offsite before the cruise and driving to the port where we will hand over the hire car. After the cruise we will be staying at disney for a few days but maybe at the swan/dolphin. Does disney run cruise transfers to these hotels or only the official disney ones? I know they don't get DME service but wasn't sure about cruise transportation.

Nope my understanding is its just the official hotels. You could try other transfer companies though as might be cheaper anyway
