Cancelled paid DDP 2021 with VH

Hi all,

Quick question has anyone with a Disney booking for 2021 with Virgin Holidays who added a dining plan ( paid ), actually had the booking and balance changed to reflect the dining plan is no longer available ?
My dining plan was cancelled off MDE ages ago, and I did have an e.mail from VH saying this was happening but my ‘ manage my booking ‘ still shows it and they still want to charge me

Anyone else ?

I have paid dining plan for 2021 with TUI. Has gone off My Disney Experience App (where it was previously showing) got in touch with TUI who have just said wait and see what happens. We aren’t in a rush to do anything as it’s a year away and we are happy to wait. As things may change. BUT when speaking to TUI they seem clueless to it all and say they haven’t had much correspondence from Disney.
